Following a post-pandemic surge in private travel, Jet The World (JTW), a growing private aviation broker, saw an opportunity to build on their momentum and expand into a full-service private aviation & travel provider. Rarefy was brought in to rebrand the company and design a compelling client experience different from the standard approach to private travel.

The Work

Our 360°immersion with all of JTW’s key audiences revealed that while clients saw JTW’s exceptional service and personal touch as both valued and unique, that story was not being told to the market in a compelling way that highlighted what makes JTW different than others – a unique operating model and true expertise in innovating solutions for any kind of air travel challenge thrown their way.

We rebranded Jet The World around the core promise of “Mastering The Skies,”delivered with precision, discretion, and personalized attention—qualities that assured every JTW client they had a seasoned Destination Director (no longer just a broker) seamlessly managing their travel and overseeing every detail of the client’s journey.


The new Jet The World brand platform defines what makes them unique and provides guidance on how to deliver that in the client experience.

A new JTW logo and visual identity was designed, introducing a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that signaled a customized experience, and a new website that powerfully showcases JTW's distinct advantages and directs visitors to the right experience – whether they need to make quick contact with a Destination Director for urgent travel needs or they are seasoned private travelers looking to learn more and need to be convinced that JTW is unique.

Their new logo and identity connotes a unique level of sophistication while also avoiding the common tropes of aviation brands.

The new JTW website reflects the comfort, comprehensive service, and overall ease clients experience when working with a Destination Director.

The Outcome

With a new story and digital brand experience, Jet The World can now tell the market who they truly are and why they are unique. The enhanced role of 'Destination Directors' has reinforced their commitment to personalized, comprehensive service and opened up new revenue opportunities through enhanced travel services. JTW is now fully ready and equipped to master their own journey with confidence as they embark on their next stage of growth.
